ACADEMIC STAFF

With over 25 years of experience as an educator, Coach C holds nine New Jersey Department of Education certifications and has dedicated 20 years to special and general education administrative roles. He is passionate about providing quality education to all students, particularly those with unique learning needs. At THE ACADEMY 3A, Coach C oversees our educational program and designs individualized educational programs tailored to each student’s needs. He firmly believes in inclusive education and advocates for it wholeheartedly. In addition, coach C firmly believes that students have learning differences and not disabilities, and thus, they can learn and succeed with the proper support and guidance.

As parents, we have discovered,  that Jamie was the missing link in our childrens’ success. -While guiding my son into his Parochial High School career, Jamie also tutored and helped my daughter,  who struggles with ADHD/Anxiety challenges, work her way out of Special Education , and  into High Academic Program starting HS! -Jamie helped my daughter to understand her own learning style.  This coaching tactic was vital, as she began making deeper, bigger connections to her academic work. He helped her enhance her gifts and abilities, while “coaching” her though the behaviors that set her back. She has become extremely self aware, independent, and confident. She now has the ability to work calmly and carefully to her optimal ability with more confidence than ever! -Jamie has also helped educate us as parents. He validated and deepened our understanding to our pathways as parents and making the right choices for our childrens’ future in education.
